God's Grace
The love and grace of God lead the way!

We follow the United Methodist tradition, focusing on God's grace, love and desire for all people to become whole, healthy and flourishing in community.

We use the following four criteria for developing our discipleship and faith:

  • The Bible is our guide for life and faith. We believe that Jesus Christ is God Incarnate (somehow both fully God and fully human!) We can know-and trust- Jesus through our careful study of the Bible.
  • The tradition of the Church has developed sound theology through millennia of study, prayer, and living faithfully. We look to our forebearers in the Christian faith for guidance regarding theological issues.
  • The intellect of people is a God-given gift. We can use our ability to reason and study as an asset that helps us discern how to live as a faithful Christian in the 21st Century.
  • The experience of the faith community validates and affirms the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and also serves as a guard rail for accountability.

We follow 3 Rules as taught by John Wesley:

1-Do Good.

2-Do no harm.

3-Stay in love with God.
